Hillwater was set up to enact a better and more transparent way of trading currency. Large companies have high churn on their employees and typically try to take ‘whatever they can get away with’ each time, in our eyes showing contempt for their clients.
Our team's experience in working for large corporate banks, market making traders and retail brokers gives us the FX experience we need in order to really help our clients. We have seen first hand how the biggest of players operate, and we know things can be done more democratically. As such, Hillwater set up as an independent consultancy with the clients in mind, doing the best job for them, and keeping our word.
